  • Women in the workplace is not so much a problem when they can do the required work. I used to work factory, a lot of lifting, and they is no room for someone that can't "carry their load". My Brother in Law was a Firefighter in Cleveland, a big Irish, man.

  • For ME, 09 was when my nephew, serving in the 82nd Airborne, got to come home, Purple heart, 3 Oak Leaf clusters....that was MY best story!

  • Ford happened to be better prepared than the other US car makers to deal with this economy. The thing is, Ford was actually trying to figure how they could help GM. Ford figured that if GM's went under, so would some of the same vendors that they use.

  • I didn't buy a Ford, as I don't drive, however years ago, my Dad-in-law,worked for them for over 25yrs. The next car we buy will be a Ford!

  • I come from a family of Nine, dad and I were the only males! However when I worked for the Whirlpool Corp, towards the end of my employment there, ( I left) I had a female supervisor for a couple of years.
